Youth play an important role in productivity activities in each country and they are increasingly interested in productivity issues. In order to support young people to understand and practice productivity properly, productivity knowledge training activities need to be more interested, innovative and creative.

From June 10 to June 14, 2024, the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) in collaboration with the Mongolian Productivity Organization (MPO) organized an important training course in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia to develop productivity practice skills for young people. This event attracted the participation of many young people from 15 countries in the Asian region. Vietnam also sent 02 representatives from STAMEQ Youth Union to attend the training course.

During the five days of the course, training activities were implemented diversely and richly, focusing on two main contents: Providing and sharing practical skills for productivity training activities, and guiding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in training activities.

  1. Providing practical skills:

–  Intensive workshops and courses were held to equip young people with the necessary skills to plan and organize productivity training programs for the younger generation

  1. Instructions on using AI in training:

–  One of the highlights of the training course was the introduction and guidance on using AI in the training process. Experts shared how AI can help analyze data, optimize the learning process and personalize the learning experience for each student.

–  Practical sessions using AI helped young people approach this new technology, thereby realizing the potential application of AI in work and study.

This event received active support from many stakeholders. Within the framework of the event, the Board of program organization and the training course participants visited the Mongolian Foundation for Science and Technology, APU Company (Mongolia’s largest beverage company), Gobi Company (Mongolia’s largest cashmere wool company) to discuss the productivity improvement solutions being applied. The field trip brought a lot of useful knowledge to the course participants. The training course ” Development of Productivity Practitioners for the Youth ” in Ulaanbaatar was a great success, providing valuable knowledge and skills to young people. Combining traditional practical skills and modern technology such as AI has opened up many new opportunities for young people, helping them be better prepared for the future. This is truly an important step forward in improving productivity and work efficiency for the young generation.
